What we will bring to you is a condensed and distilled body of knowledge specifically on how to get fit, the right way. Too many people these days are focused on the immediate gratification model and push insanity type workouts that are, quite frankly, insane.
Fitness is like a layer cake. You must build the strong foundation first and then add the subsequent layers and then finally the icing on top. If the foundation is not sturdy then the cake will fall and it doesn't work.
ABOUT THE BOOKS
These books have been written over the last several years and with much forethought. They are meant to be read in sequence so you understand the physiology and necessity of all the building blocks.
I recommend reading the book "How To Successfully Use A Heart Rate Monitor" first because it discusses base building, diet, zone intensities and a lot of other valuable information. Most people exercise too hard in the beginning with a "no pain, no gain" mentality and that is wrong. Managed intensity is what it takes to build a foundation.
The second book, "How To Elevate Fitness With Strength and Interval Training" gives you all the tools and information you need to expand your capacity and get really fast.
