HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
The extended return and exchange policy for the Holiday shopping season! Purchase your product on, or after, November 15th and you may return or exchange it up to January 15th. It must be postmarked on or
before January 15th.
RETURN POLICY, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
ALL DEFECTIVE ITEMS must be returned to the manufacturer and NOT to the Heart Rate Watch Company. Defective items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty which is why the manufacturer's
want to be in charge of taking care of all defective product under their warranty return policy.
ALL CURRENCY RISK FOR REFUNDED ORDERS IS THE CUSTOMERS RISK - Orders placed by non-U.S. customers involve currency translation and those currencies fluctuate on a daily basis. The Heart Rate Watch Company will not be responsible for a loss in the value of the customer's currency relative to the U.S. dollar. If you do not agree to this policy then please, by all means, do not use our website.
RETURNING/EXCHANGING NEW before January 15th:
You may return any new and unopened items purchased from Heart Rate Watch Company on or before January 15th. New and unopened means that the seal on the box has not been broken. After that date, the
policy returns to the normal 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned at buyers expense. Heart Rate Watch Company will pay the return shipping expense in the event we made an error.
Any new and unopened items may be returned before January 15th. After that date, the policy returns to 30 days from the delivery date. New product returns will be eligible for refund, less a 10%
restocking fee that helps cover the initial free shipping cost and packaging costs.
OPENED AND NEW ITEMS RETURNS:
Returning an opened and new item before January 15th. After that date, the policy returns to 30 days from the delivery date. Any opened and new item returned before January 15th and shipped
back in the original manufacturer's packaging: The refund is 80% of item's price.
USED ITEM RETURNS:
RETURNING USED before January 15th. After that date, the policy returns to 30 days from the delivery date: Any OPENED item returned before January 15th that is not in it's original
condition, is damaged, missing parts, or missing packaging: The refund is up to a maximum of 50% of item's price.
EXCHANGES OF BOTH NEW AND USED ITEMS:
EXCHANGES before January 15th. After that date, the policy returns to 30 from the delivery date:
Any USED or NEW items are permitted for exchange before January 15th. When exchanging a product, please send back your original purchase and specify which product you would like in
the exchange. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit in the exchange. Any credit balance on a used product returned for exchange will be issued back to the original credit card used within 14 days following the date of receipt of the item.

PACKAGES REFUSED BY RECEPIENT:
Packages that are refused by the recipient will have a 20% re-stocking fee assessed.
PROCESSING TIME ON CREDITS:
Returns are processed Monday-Friday.
Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return package for processing.
MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty information is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. In many cases
the manufacturer will handle the replacement of the product and cover the postage expenses both ways. In the case the defective product is not handled by the manufacturer in a timely and effective
manner, please contact us at 866-586-7129 for assistance.
Items which are not working, or defective, must be reported within 3 business days of receipt, and we will issue a pick up label for exchange only if you are unable to resolve with the manufacturer.
Please note, We will not pick up a defective item for credit.

PACKING INSTRUCTIONS
Please pack your return carefully and do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturers carton.
All returns are subject to inspection and we will not guarantee credit will be given if the items are not returned in NEW AND ORIGINAL FACTORY CONDITION.
We reserve the right to refuse, or deny, credit for any such items.
